"I want to add an email button which shares my website link. How can I do this?"

Below is a HTML/CSS button that links to:

"mailto:?subject=Look at this website&body=Hi, I found this website and thought you might like it - https://sitesguide.perjury.info"

(Unfortunately adding it as a simple link does not seem to work in Sites. At the time of writing this has been identified as a bug which should be fixed one day appears to have been fixed)
